In December 2020, Julie launched, The Pack Pet Services, LLC in Lewes, DE. What started with three clients, and gross sales the first month were $352. It has grown to a thriving business with 15 staff, and gross sales of over $220K in 2023.
2Chicks and a Farm Pet Care Services, is built on the same philosophy as, The Pack Pet Services. We promise that your pets and farm animals will be loved and cared for as one of our own pack. With over 40 years’ experience caring for dogs, cats, small mammals, fish, birds, and farm animals, you can be assured of quality, competent and compassionate care.

We use an online portal, PetPocketbook for all our visit scheduling and client billing. As a client you receive a Family Page where you can input all the Care and Feeding information for you pets. When services are scheduled, you will see when they are and the staff member assigned. At the time of each visit, the staff member ‘Checks-in’ on PetPocketbook so you know they are there, and at the end they submit a Report Card with photos and a write-up of how the visit went. You will never have to wonder how your fur-kids or farm animals are doing.
At this time we are only able to pet sitting services within a 20-mile radius of the farm.
DOG SERVICES:
Standard Walk / House Visit (30 Minutes): $25
Deluxe Walk / House Visit (40 Minutes): $28.50
Premium Walk / House Visit (60 Minutes): $35
Custom House Visits (Minimum 3 Hours): $17.50 an Hour, + $15 Service Fee
Overnight (10-12 Hours): $85-95
Move-In Service (24 Hours): $165
Vacation Care Package #1 (2 Deluxe Visits & 1 Standard Visit: $78
Vacation Care Package #2 (2 Deluxe Visits & 2 Standard Visits): $100
Pack It Up Taxi (Transportation 10 mi. or less, 50 cents each extra mile):

CAT BOARDING:
We are excited to start offering Cat Boarding to our pet services!
My friends and family have started joking that we need to change the name of the farm. Why? Well, we’re up to 10 barn cats, all rescues. All are vaccinated, fixed and monthly medicated. ‘2Chicks…or 10 Cats and a farm’? They are the friendliest fluff balls you’ll ever meet. And we are excited to start offering Cat Boarding to our pet services business.
Single Cat: $25 per day
2-3 Cats: $40 per day
Includes Friskies dry and wet food and a few healthy treats. Litter box and water will be cleaned / refilled at least twice a day. Each cat home has a variety of toys for mental stimulation, and hammocks or mats for sleeping. Us humans will be interacting with all our fluffer butt visitors on a regular basis, and sending you photos and messages throughout their stay.
